Epilepsy can get in the way of life, especially when seizures keep happening unexpectedly. They may make it hard to work, go to school, drive, or socialize. Epilepsy medicines can make you feel tired, weak, forgetful and much more. Brain fog or memory loss might be worse. it is so much to handle sometimes. Regardless, it is important to stay positive, and hold onto hope. Always prepare for a good day, and protect yourself by following your doctor’s instructions, and get plenty of sleep. It is also important to eat regularly and good balance of food. Pay attention to the things that can trigger your seizures so you can avoid them if possible. Also journal, and track your activities.
