Celebrating patriotism today!

The daughters of the American revolution #DAR event, today on April 22, 2024 marked a incredible ttoday on April 22, 2024 marked an incredible tribute thiss was amazing event on the USS Iowa. We had so many #JROTC #CivilAirPatrol awards plus recognizing vets with quilts of valor!


With the fire boats and a WWII flyover wrapping the amazing events for all to see.


We even had a special presentation with George Washington speaker! And finally a sneak peek of the museum for the Navy that will be built in 2025 that will be on the Iowa! These organizations mentioned not only support D & I but also celebrates our community, culture and country!


It was a privilege to be a speaker at the event, and thankfully that I was able to take the day off to participate and embrace our freedoms!
