Beading for occupational & emotional therapy

Beading can be a therapeutic activity, offering benefits for occupational, mental and emotional well-being. This therapy has helped me. I am a big believer! Much like my writing, beading gives back more that what I put in. Making bracelets has given me more mobility and a healthy outlook on my day-to-day life.

The repetitive and focused nature of beading can help reduce stress and anxiety, promote mindfulness, and even boost self-esteem. It also promotes additional development and dexterity in your upper body, especially your fingers. It can also serve as a creative outlet, allowing for self-expression and a sense of accomplishment.
