LinkedIn Article: Unleashing power within disability catalyst for innovation and success.

I really like the article... however, I thought it was very interesting on a couple of points.

It is extremely positive for those that embrace those that have disabilities especially within teamwork and workplace environment. It elevates others work and ability to be empathetic..,,,yet.

I receive a lot of feedback from individuals that have disabilities that they get lots of questions especially for those that have hidden disabilities.

Others have comments that they get paid less.

Others can get a starting job, but then getting promoted was very difficult and training and additional accommodations during the promotion periods are lacking.

Read the article based on everything that I said shouldn't those that are transparent with their disabilities get paid more not less? jeannie is out of the bottle as I like to say there's no going back.
