I am not going to pretend that it is easy to alway be your “best self”or demand excellence of yourself, but the rewards are that when you repeat excellence that is what you become. Habits are often hard to break. Feeling sorry for yourself or believing you are not good enough over-time will make it a reality without help to break the habit/cycle.
