Camera Etiquette

Although so many individuals believe that in today's post Covid world that having a teams or zoom meeting requires a camera on.


For those of us that have a disability that sometimes is overwhelming. Regardless of your facial expressions or ability to hold eye contact, it is more important to be engaged in the conversation and in the meeting then being on camera.

Being connected with your fellow employees and peers and customers is extremely important and contributing through diversity in all forms is still true.
