Vulnerability, Curiosity, Creativity but most important is to listen.

Interesting TEDx talk, the talk even brings up the LEGO song, which I use with my team work all the time.  I think they should have a third creativity it will bring people to educated on diversity quicker and faster.  Energy can give amazing possibilities.  This a good teachable 20 mins, that will make me think twice when I think that being vulnerable, curiosity, creative is not the answer.  Remember to listen because it might be time for someone to be vulnerable, curious, and creative.  

Remember to breath and listen.  Maybe it is not about what you think it is.  People hold value differently.  People have an identify, listen.  Don’t get stuck, be open to being Vulnerable, curious, and creative.  Listen to these TEDx talks and learn.
