First 90 Days - by Michael D. Watkins

Just finished the First 90 days. The first few chapters where okay, but my favorite was the last chapter. There were practical suggestions for how to successfully navigate through new scenarios, but I found the on boarding to a new position at the end to be the more meaningful.
